- Take a picture with Daniel Radcliffe...at Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum
- Take a boat ride down the Thames River
- Plan day trips to: Oxford, Wales, and TBD
- Visit St. John's Bakery for what I hear to be the best doughnuts in the world
- Go market hopping for a day
- See Charles Dickens' house
- Eat Indian food at a restaurant on Brick Lane
- Visit Kensington Palace

Europe
- Take a picture with a guy wearing liederhosen in Germany
- Go to Belgium and eat a waffle...and chocolate too!
- Visit the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam
- Go to the cafe J.K. Rowling wrote much of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone
- See St. Michael in France
- Visit a Scandinavian Country
- Eat a big bowl of spaghetti in Roma
- Take a gondola ride in Venice
- Go on a Sound of Music Tour in Austria
- Meet at least one person with the last name Rodriguez in Spain...not thinking it'll be too hard
